Team launches in 1975 and becomes a fighting machine
ERA 2 : Inclusion and Positivity
1982-1997
The team, now called Nietzsch Factor, rebuilds itself after graduation of the Era 1 Heroes.
ERA 3 : The Century Years
1998-2004
Little is known of this Era, we are looking for storytellers.
ERA 4 : The See Saw Years
2005-2015
Little is known of this Era, we are looking for storytellers.
ERA 5 : The Pre-Pandemic Era
2016-2020
During this Era the team recovered from the doldrums and built themselves back into a competitive squad, contending but not quite getting over the hump before being shut altogether by COVID
ERA 6 : The Post-Pandemic Era
2021-Present
The team that rose after COVID was entirely different than pre-COVID team, different people and different team dynamics. As soon as the freshman class go to campus in fall 2021 the team could feel the energy shift.
